Makers

Make something by hand? We'll tell your story, free.

We write about Pakistan's crafts for readers at home and abroad. When we feature you, readers get in touch with you directly, and you keep every rupee of every sale.

1

Tell us about your work

What you make, where, how long you've been doing it, and how people can order. A few photos help a lot.

2

We write it up

Your own profile page, and a place in our stories about your craft. We'll check the details with you before anything goes live.

3

Buyers come to you

Your profile links straight to your WhatsApp, Instagram or shop. You sell, pack and ship as you do now.

What it costs

Nothing. No listing fee, no commission and no stock to send us. We may offer paid extras one day; being featured will stay free.

Who we're looking for

  • People who make things by hand in Pakistan: weavers, block printers, potters, embroiderers, shoemakers, woodcarvers, metalworkers and more.
  • Family workshops and small studios, in any city or village.
  • Not resellers of factory-made goods, and nothing sold as a copy of a brand.
